Wireless Music Festival

Wireless festival haulierThe Wireless Festival is a music festival in England owned and managed by Live Nation, it takes place every year in London and since 2014 it has been held in Finsbury Park which is a 110 acre public park in North London and is well connected to central London for those looking to carry on the night when the main party finishes.

Wireless Festival is the UK’s leading urban music festival and returns for three days of groundbreaking music this summer at the capital’s beloved Finsbury Park, bringing a collection of genre-defying fan favourites from across the world who have become widely renowned for being the best in grime, hip-hop, garage and more on a line up that promises to get crowds pumped over the span of this action-packed weekend. Since its inaugural debut in 2005, Wireless has played host to an all-star roster of international superstars over the years that keep fans wanting more at this highly-anticipated annual music event.

After a monumental line up in 2018 that featured the likes of Drake, J. Cole, Stormzy, French Montana and many more global music icons, 2019’s edition of the popular music festival is already building up to be one showcase you simply don’t want to miss.

The Festival has had a number of sponsor changes over the years… from its inception in 2005 until 2008, the festival was sponsored by telecommunications company O2, and was called the O2 Wireless Festival, from 2009 to 2012, the main sponsor was Barclaycard and the festival renamed to Barclaycard Wireless Festival, for 2013, the sponsor changed again to Yahoo, and was renamed Yahoo Wireless. The 2014 Wireless Festival was held in Finsbury Park in North London for the firs time, as well as Perry Park in Birmingham. The 2015 Wireless Festival took place at Finsbury Park and was sponsored by the fashion retailer New Look with an extra day added due to it being 10 years since the first event.
