Air Handling Unit Lifting

How is this for a tight spot!

Our client needed a group of air handling units lifted into a location on a roof in the bustling city of Brighton & Hove in Sussex.

The job was a contract lift.  This meant that after a site survey and the collation of risk assessments, method statements, and lift plans we were able to carry out this tricky lift with maximum efficiency and safety, in what was a rather confined space (well it is Brighton).

Space to set up the hiab vehicles outriggers was at a premium.  We even had to extend the offside 2 legs into the customer’s own garage.

To complete the job successfully we chose our 82t/m Fassi with fly jib along with our own lift supervisor/slinger.  On top of the space restrictions, we also had a pretty tight 2 hours timeslot to complete.

Another successful lift for our lifting team.
