Find an Open Order

If you want to find an Open order (one where you haven't pressed the Complete button), then follow these steps:

  1. Log in to the system (see Logging In)
  2. Click on Orders
  3. Click on Find Orders (in the grey bar)
  4. Change all the radio buttons in the middle of the screen to be on either and then click Find. This will bring back all the order you have placed through the system
    • If you want to only see open orders (which you wil be able to edit) change the Incomplete radio button to Show the press the Find button
    • If you need to edit the order, hover over Order then click Edit Order in the dropdown menu. You will now be back to the screen where you can edit your order
  5. Then hover over Print and click on Transaction Report in the dropdown menu. This will open a PDF document showing you what was on the order and where it went
