Last week we delivered to Ville Franche – sur – Mer on the south coast of France – not far from the holiday resort of Nice.
The old town of Ville Franche – sur – Mer and its scenic bay have provided a natural set for movie makers for years.
Among the many films whose directors have made use of the breath taking scenery here are ‘’An Affair to Remember’’ with Katharine Hepburn, ‘’Never Say Never Again’’ with Sean Connery, ‘’The Jewel of the Nile’’ with Michael Douglas, ‘’The Bourne Identity’’ with Richard Chamberlain and ‘’Dirty Rotten scoundrels’’ with Steve Martin. In addition, numerous video clips and commercials have also used Ville Franche-sur-Mer as their backdrop. Judging from the picture here – we can see why!
