Our policy sets out the arrangements that are necessary to achieve the above, while complying with the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974, the Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations 1999 and all other applicable legislation.

Sussex Transport achieved Safecontractor accreditation in 2005 and has subsequently retained this accreditation annually.
